About API & Land
For over 50 years, API Construction Corp. and Land Construction Corp. have been family-owned construction companies operating in Northern Indiana, Northwest Ohio, and Southcentral Michigan. For the last half a century, API and Land have made a name for themselves providing quality infrastructure products and services, maintaining a client-first approach, and executing daily with integrity by honoring our commitments and exceeding expectations.
API Construction provides quality, experience, and knowledge in asphalt paving and infrastructure construction. API Construction Corp. owns and operates two INDOT certified asphalt plants located in Huntertown, IN, and in Angola, IN, providing quality asphalt products and production for its own use and its outside customers and vendors. At API, we perform infrastructure construction and provide services including excavation and earthmoving, site utilities such as storm, sanitary, and water, and concrete and asphalt paving and construction. While providing services in both the public and private sectors, API Construction can provide construction services on large infrastructure projects such as infrastructure replacement and upgrades, highways, and streets to commercial projects such as parking lots, parks and trail projects, and hardscape and streetscape projects.
Land Construction Corp. provides quality, experience, and knowledge in infrastructure construction. At Land, we specialize in and perform infrastructure construction such as storm, sanitary, and water and provide excavation and earthmoving services. While providing services in both the public and private sectors, Land Construction can provide construction services both large and small as well as emergency repair infrastructure services.
